Today, he brings to the table a wealth of international experience accumulated from various sectors including banking & finance, e-commerce and marketing. She is proactive when in liaison as she strongly believes in building & maintaining positive long-standing working relationship with fund managers, investors, research analysts & clients. Ashley is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Australia (ICAA) since 2011.

RED SENA'S IPO Prospectus Launch
Perak Transit IPO Listing Ceremony
Perak Transit Berhad officially became a public listed company on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia! TA Securities Holdings Berhad was the Principal Adviser, Sponsor, Managing Underwriter and Placement Agent, while RHB Investment Bank Berhad and Affin Hwang Investment Bank Berhad were the appointed underwriters for the IPO. Perak Transit is now trading under the stock name, PTRANS and stock code 0186 on Bursa Malaysia.
AEMULUS' IPO Listing Ceremony
As of September 15th at 9am, Aemulus officially became a public listed company on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia! The Listing ceremony was held at Bursa Malaysia Listing Gallery, Ground Floor of Bukit Kewangan, Kuala Lumpur. A total of 16 journalists represented by 10 publications were in attendance, namely News Straits Times, Sin Chew Daily and The Edge to name a few. Aemulus is now trading under the stock name, AEMULUS and stock code 0181 on Bursa Malaysia.
MIRA Awards 2015
The annual Malaysian Investor Relations Association ("MIRA") Awards was held on June 4th at The Royal Chulan Hotel, Kuala Lumpur this year. Aimed at recognising best practices in Investor Relations by Malaysian Public Listed Companies ("PLCs") as well as individual Investor Relations practitioners, the event also serves to strengthen relationships between listed entities and the investment community. The MIRA Awards was held as a luncheon this year and was attended by representatives of 7 media houses, namely News Straits Times, The Malaysian Reserve, The Malay Mail, Guang Ming Daily, Oriental Daily, Nanyang Siang Pau and The Smart Investor.
BIOALPHA'S IPO Prospectus Launch
Bioalpha Holdings Berhad ("Bioalpha" or "the Company") launched their prospectus on 26th March at The Westin Hotel, Kuala Lumpur, in conjunction with their IPO exercise for its proposed listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia. Bioalpha is a complete integrated nutraceutical company principally involved in the manufacturing and sales of semi-finished and finished health supplement products. The event was attended by a total of 17 media representatives as well as notable dignitaries from various government agencies including Yang Berbahagia Dato' Sri Dr Noorul Ainur Mohd Nur, the Secretary General of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation ("MOSTI").
DOLPHIN'S IPO Listing Ceremony
Dolphin International Berhad ("Dolphin International" or "the Group"), an investment holding company with operations in the palm oil milling machineries sector, officially became a public listed company on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Malaysia"). The Listing ceremony was held at Bursa Malaysia Listing Gallery, Ground Floor of Bukit Kewangan, Kuala Lumpur on 9th June 2015. As at the open of trading at 9am, Dolphin International began trading with a launch price of RM0.81 under the stock name DOLPHIN and stock code 5265.
